Frédéric VAN DEN BOSCH obtained his Bachelor of Law degree fromThe Université Catholique de Louvain in 1996. He has been a lawyer at the Bar of Nivelles since 1996 and has worked within the Janssens & Partners Association since 1997 (Partner since 2002).  He has been Vice-President of the Young Bar of Nivelles Conference (2003-2004) and President of the Young Bar of Nivelles Conference (2004-2005).  He is regularly appointed as Arbiter in the context of real-estate law litigation and is also a consultant with the Professional Estate Agents Institute (IPI) in relation to estate agents’ legal training. He takes part, as speaker or chairman, in many seminars and conferences on real-estate and town-planning law.
Frédéric VAN DEN BOSCH’s practice involves advice and litigation (legal and administrative) on a daily basis, for private individuals, national  and multinational companies, public companies and public authorities, in relation to real-estate law, town-planning law, environmental law (environmental and soil pollution permits) and government contract law.
